Job summary

Home2 Suites Ashburn is seeking a Night Auditor to perform nightly audit tasks and deliver top-tier guest service at the front desk. You will assist with check-ins/check-outs, handle reservations, and respond to inquiries to maintain high service levels during overnight hours.

Responsibilities include cash drawer accuracy, preparing night audit reports, and coordinating with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations. On-site role with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience is preferred.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments.
• Ability to assist with check-ins/check-outs and reservations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly audit functions while delivering guest service at the front desk.
• Assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, process reservations and respond to inquiries.
• Count cash and maintain cash drawer accuracy at start/end of shift.
• Greet, register and assign rooms to guests; collect payments.
• Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory.
• Communicate shift information to Front Office Manager and desk staff.
• Maintain lobby and bathrooms; ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Work with hotel departments to ensure high service quality.
• Complete required shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
