Qualifications

• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle overnight check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions (11 PM–7 AM).
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accurate postings.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain guest safety.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep overnight operations smooth.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to resolve issues.
