Job summary

SpringHill Suites by Marriott is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to keep our hotel running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps.

This role blends guest service with behind-the-scenes operations—welcome late-arriving guests, handle overnight check-ins, and complete the nightly financial audit.

If you take pride in doing things right, can work independently, and are available overnight, weekends, and holidays, we'd love to meet you. Background check is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual—overnight team dependability.
• Independent work ability during night shifts.
• Friendly and professional with guests at all times.
• Detail-oriented and organized for nightly audits.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn hotel systems.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-night guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests overnight.
• Complete the hotel's nightly audit and balance daily transactions.
• Run reports and prepare the property for the morning team.
• Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming.
• Monitor the property overnight and ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Communicate important notes for the morning management team.
