Job summary

HHM Hotels in Philadelphia is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset systems for the next day while performing Guest Service Agent duties.

The role requires a High School diploma and night audit or accounting experience, strong Excel and arithmetic skills, and willingness to learn BRAINS network; FSD training within 90 days is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, manually or via computers.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards timely.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Strive to improve guest satisfaction scores and overall service quality.
• Follow safe work habits and wear protective equipment.
