Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego Bay - Downtown is seeking a diligent Night Auditor to ensure nightly financial controls and hotel standards. You will coordinate across Security and Housekeeping to maintain service quality and integrity of daily revenue reporting.

Responsibilities include running front office audit journals, making necessary corrections, and balancing accounts. Strong data entry and communication skills are essential for success on this shift.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate calculations using a 10-key.
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform night audit operations to ensure financial controls and compliance with hotel standards.
• Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Run audit reports/journals from the front office system and related software.
• Make corrections and adjustments and handle computer issues during shift.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for next day.
