Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to be the frontline contact during overnight hours, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth front desk operations. You will handle check-ins, verify registrations, and manage wake-up calls while maintaining knowledge of room rates, promotions, and daily counts.

The role requires prior hotel experience, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to work independently through the night shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a front desk agent or similar night-shift role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a hotel setting highly desired.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Basic math skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during overnight hours.
• Manage check-ins and verify registration.
• Communicate guest information to departments; update shift notes.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, and promotions.
• Restock lobby store and manage wake-up calls.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room status.
• Learn F&B operations to fill in as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Handle overbookings professionally.
