Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations, balance the books, and ensure guest satisfaction while the world sleeps. This role suits night owls who enjoy numbers, hospitality, and teamwork.

You’ll greet guests, handle check-ins, prepare daily reports, and coordinate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly through the night. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in a hotel setting are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and those quirky late-night questions like a pro.
• Master of Midnight Math: Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is in its proper place.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe and ensure guests sleep soundly.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Coordinate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs; capable of solving issues independently.
