Responsibilities include nightly auditing, handling guest requests, and ensuring front desk efficiency and safety. The role emphasizes personable hospitality and adherence to OHM standards across the brand.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years hospitality customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, communicate clearly and multitask in a busy hotel environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, welcoming guest service during overnight hours.
• Check-in/check-out, reservations, and room assignments.
• Handle guest requests, questions and maintain a helpful, proactive attitude.
• Audit nightly transactions and balance hotel accounts accurately.
• Prepare daily audit, financial, and operational reports for leadership.
• Maintain front desk and lobby area in a neat, safe condition.
