Job summary

Moxy Hotel Springfield is seeking a Guest Experience Host to provide vibrant, guest‑focused service at the front desk and throughout the lobby. You will greet guests, assist with check‑ins and check‑outs, and contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

You will engage guests, share local recommendations, manage inquiries, and help create memorable experiences that reflect Moxy’s energetic brand and OHM’s hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems.
• Proficiency with PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and assist with registration and room assignments.
• Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Manage room availability, guest accounts, and billing.
• Post charges, process payments, and make change.
• Make reservations and handle guest requests, including safekeeping of valuables.
• Communicate effectively with other departments.
• Follow hotel credit policies and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Support team members and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
