Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations, perform the daily financial audit, and reconcile guest accounts. You will ensure a smooth transition between business days while delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining security.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, professional, and capable of working independently during the night shift, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting and cash handling basics.
• Ability to operate hotel property management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Complete the nightly audit accurately and in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Balance and reconcile daily revenue, guest accounts, and postings.
• Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain front desk security, safety standards and confidentiality of guest information.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments.
