You will guide guests with local recommendations, manage reservations, and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless stay. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Strong guest service mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High school diploma or GED as a baseline credential.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and assist with registration and room assignments.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, dining, and local directions.
• Manage guest accounts, billing, and room availability.
• Post charges, process payments, and handle guest requests, including safekeeping of valuables.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth service.
