Job summary

Moxy Portland is seeking a detail-minded front desk professional to perform night audit, guest registration and checkout, and cash handling in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will balance the cash drawer, process guest charges, and manage overnight reports while ensuring guest satisfaction and security standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the MOD during night-time hours.
• Greet and welcome guests, perform registration and checkout.
• Handle guest payments and maintain a house bank; balance receipts.
• Take and manage guest bookings and up-sell opportunities.
• Post charges and manage room, F&B, and other guest accounts.
• Prepare front office for AM shift and reset daily business.
• Transact and transmit messages via PBX; respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and guest service standards.
