White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor at Kimpton Santo in San Antonio, TX. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and the highest level of service throughout their stay.

The role involves nightly balancing of transactions, audits, and reporting, with a focus on accuracy, security, and guest satisfaction. Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at front desk.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions daily.
• Follow credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
• Run audits and reports, and record revenues and statistics.
• Read, explain, and interpret standard reports and guest folios.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
