You will maintain tables, assist with service, learn the Host Stand, and know menu items to answer guest questions. The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and growth within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set, assist Food Runner as needed.
• Maintain excellent communication with servers; help with table maintenance and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality and professionalism.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions accurately.
• Perform cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
• Process all payment methods.
• Be an ambassador of the establishment with a neat, professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
