Job summary

Providence Hospitality Partners manages Aloft San Antonio NW and seeks a Night Auditor to ensure accurate nightly financial and operational processes. You will balance room revenue, assist with check-ins/outs, and respond to guest needs with professionalism.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and adherence to Aloft/Marriott standards while supporting Front Office operations in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum one year of hotel audit experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer data entry and typing skills.
• Ability to work nights and balance hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in following procedures.
• Audit and balance room revenue, F&B revenue, and cashier reports.
• Prepare daily management reports and credit card batches.
• Serve as night hotel system/operations liaison.
• Handle guest questions and routine problems, escalate as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel and area activities.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety.
• Assist in front office maintenance and supplies.
