The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1+ year night audit experience, a friendly attitude, and strong communication skills. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; benefits are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• 6 months – 1+ year of Night Audit experience preferred.
• Desire to work overnight shifts and maintain a friendly attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to handle confidential guest information with integrity.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Keeps accurate accounts of cash, checks and credit transactions.
• Verifies room charges and maintains starting cash accuracy.
• Prepares daily occupancy reports and related hotel paperwork.
• Submits reports to corporate as appropriate.
• Performs duties of a Guest Service Agent and related tasks.
