Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. This role supports nightly financial operations and front desk tasks while upholding our service culture and guest focus.

Duties include auditing the daily guest ledger, posting room rates and taxes, closing procedures, and assisting guests with reservations. Requires at least 1 year in accounting or night audit and knowledge of PMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Audits the daily guest ledger.
• Handles end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensures accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Acts as front desk clerk, checking guests in and out, resolving guest issues.
• Make cash drops in accordance with cash handling procedures.
• Organize the Front Desk area for the A.M. shift.
