Job summary

Texas Western International in San Antonio, TX is seeking a meticulous Front Desk Auditor with responsibilities spanning nightly balance, audit of room and F&B revenues, and generation of daily financial and guest-service reports.

You will assume Manager on Duty shifts from midnight to morning and support guest check-in/out, complaint logging, and interdepartmental communications to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or accounting is preferred.
• Ability to balance revenue and cashier reports with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue.
• Prepare daily audit worksheets and flash reports.
• Act as Manager on Duty from midnight until morning shift arrives.
• Log guest complaints and assist with guest check-in/check-out.
• Verify room charges, starting cash in registers, and balance sheets.
• Prepare and transmit daily management and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform guest service duties and assist with reservations if needed.
• Maintain security of department keys and handle confidential guest records.
• Participate in security walks and follow emergency procedures.
