Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least one year in a hotel or related field.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Must understand financial data and basic arithmetic for daily reconciliations.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Late/overnight shift required and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and review management reports.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard duties.
• Audit and reconcile front desk and F&B cashiers’ work and credit card settlements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and month-end reports and maintain accuracy of numbers.
• Communicate issues to management and maintain confidentiality of information.
