My Place Hotels of America in Grand Rapids is seeking a Night Auditor to manage guest services, reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and to accurately record room charges, taxes, and store purchases.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong communication, dependability, and the ability to multi-task in a friendly, professional environment, with on-call responsibilities during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Guest Services: handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and record charges accurately.
• Guest Assistance: answer questions and resolve guest concerns with knowledge of the hotel and local area.
• Night Audit & Paperwork: complete checklists, manage cash logs, call logs, and maintain logs.
• Cleaning & Laundry: perform light cleaning duties and keep areas tidy.
• Safety & Security: follow safety protocols and report hazards.
• Learning & Growth: take on additional responsibilities and be on call as needed.
