Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger
• Handle end-of-day accounting tasks incl. posting room rates and room tax
• Ensure accuracy of all charges to guest folios
• Assist front desk with check-ins/outs and reservations
• Monitor front desk area to prepare for shifts
• Maintain lobby area with proper lighting and ambiance
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Other duties as assigned
