Job summary

Suburban Inns seeks a Night Auditor for the Holiday Inn Express in Grandville. This part-time night role offers weekend availability and a starting wage of $17/hour. You will close out daily operations in the PMS, balance cash, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction through strong sales techniques and service.

The essential duties include greeting guests, running nightly reports, completing the DOR, and supporting front desk operations. CPR training may be completed after hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to perform arithmetic functions and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and build personal connections to enhance their stay.
• Run night audit reports and follow shift checklists to ensure smooth operations.
• Close out the business day in the PMS and balance cash drawer.
• Prepare Express Checkouts and complete the Daily Operations Report.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and report issues to management.
