Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor in Indio, CA to perform Night Audit duties, balance daily activities, and generate required reports.

The role may oversee Front Office functions on the third shift and involves handling guest requests with a focus on accuracy and organization. Ideal candidates have 1 year of Front Desk or Guest Service experience and 1 year of accounting or Night Audit experience, plus strong English communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year Front Desk or Hospitality Guest Service experience.
• 1 year accounting or Night Audit experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and disposition of all Night Audit work.
• Balance the day’s work and generate reports (e.g., Food & Beverage audit).
• Maintain proper record keeping (log books, etc.) according to standards.
• Complete initial direct bills and attach folio/banquet check backup to the bills.
• Handle guest requests during the third shift.
