Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift (11pm–6:45am) to handle front office tasks, balance the day’s transactions, and generate reports. The role includes guest registration, key issuance, and providing resort information.

Starting compensation is $16.50 per hour. The Night Auditor will support guest services, assist with cashiering duties, and collaborate with accounting for daily reconciliation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting education preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions.
• Proficiency with basic cash handling procedures.
• Must maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete registration; issue unit keys and provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions; balance cash receipts during shift.
• Balance day’s work; run shift reports; update no-shows and audit final reports.
• Interact with site accounting regarding daily transactions and cash drops.
• Handle guest requests during the third shift and book reservations if needed.
• Complete front office procedures and assist with related tasks as required.
