Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to handle nightly accounting, balance cash, process guest transactions, and complete the night audit checklist. This role may cover front desk functions on the third shift and requires accurate record keeping and timely reporting.

You will greet guests, assist with registrations, prepare reports, and coordinate with site accounting on daily transactions. Strong English communication, attention to detail, and prior front desk or hospitality

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Accounting education preferred.
• 1 year of front desk experience in hospitality or hotel environment.
• Experience with cash handling and basic accounting concepts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, register guests, issue keys and provide resort information.
• Balance cash receipts, process transactions, and prepare daily reports.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist and attach supporting documents.
• Coordinate with site accounting on daily transactions and charges.
• Handle guest requests during the third shift and maintain records.
