Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Indio, CA, is seeking a Night Auditor to manage the third-shift front desk operations, balance daily activity, and complete the Night Audit checklist.

You will generate reports for Food and Beverage audits, keep accurate records, handle guest requests, and support the property accountant with bills and backups. Strong English, attention to detail, and prior night audit or accounting experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Front Desk or Hospitality Guest Service experience.
• 1 year accounting or Night Audit experience preferred.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance the day’s work and complete the Night Audit checklist.
• May handle and follow through on all guest requests during the third shift.
• Generate all reports as required for Food and Beverage audit.
• Maintain proper log books and records according to standards.
• Complete the initial direct bills and attach all folio backups to the bills.
• May assist with front office functions on the third shift.
