Job summary

Crown Hotel & Travel Management, LLC. is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure a seamless overnight guest experience.

You will balance end-of-day books, audit accounts, and act as on-duty manager while assisting guests with their requests and reservations. In this role you will handle checkout procedures, address inquiries, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to walk stairs ~20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Perform routine financial close, auditing, and account reconciliation.
• Balance cash drawer at the desk for each shift.
• Oversee property as manager on duty during shift.
• Assist guests with overnight requests and travel arrangements.
• Provide information about hotel procedures, policies, and facilities.
• Handle guest billing, reservations, and safety deposit box requests.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve issues professionally.
