Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to handle the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work, and potentially oversee Front Office functions on the third shift.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping, daily audit procedures, and timely generation of reports to support Food and Beverage audits. The candidate should have strong customer service orientation, excellent English communication, and 1 year Front Desk and/or Night Audit experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• 1 year of Front Desk or Hospitality Guest Service experience.
• 1 year accounting or Night Audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and disposition of all Night Audit work.
• Potentially perform Front Office functions on the third shift.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.
• Balance the day’s work and generate reports for audit.
• Maintain proper record keeping according to standards.
• Handle direct bills and attach backup to bills.
• Address guest requests during the third shift.
