Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor for the Holiday Inn Express Las Vegas on Polaris Ave. The role focuses on reconciling cashier transactions, preparing daily reports, and supporting guest services. You will handle check-ins/outs, city ledger tasks, and communicate issues to management.

The position is full-time, on-site, with an emphasis on accuracy, reliability, and willingness to cross-train across accounting or hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with financial information and basic arithmetic.
• Willing to cross-train in other accounting or hotel-related areas.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Late/Overnight shift required.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling hotel cashier transactions and city ledger.
• Reviewing, organizing, and compiling management reports.
• Auditing and reconciling Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers' work.
• Conducting guest check-in/check-out and reservations support.
• Communicating issues to management promptly.
