White Lodging is hiring a Night Auditor to join the hotel front desk and accounting team in an overnight, full-time role. You balance hotel transactions, run nightly audit reports, and deliver exceptional guest service while the world sleeps.

We welcome candidates with prior front desk or night audit experience, but we will train the right person. The position offers growth opportunities across multiple hotel properties in your market and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience at hotel front desk or night audit is preferred but not required; training provided to the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service during overnight hours.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in balanced reports and folios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary overnight guest contact, handling check-in/check-out and special requests.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions with nightly audit reports.
• Follow hotel procedures for credit, cash handling, and accounting per standards.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night summaries for management.
• Explain standard hotel reports, folios, and procedures to guests and staff.
• Ensure guest data security and confidentiality during overnight shifts.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
