Hotel Equities is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our team. You will welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, handle payments, and support daily operations with a calm, professional presence.

This role emphasizes accuracy and guest service excellence, requiring collaboration with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. Previous hotel front desk experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel/front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Professional and composed attitude for guest concerns.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service during their stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions, concerns and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information and shift records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales and other departments.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Follow cash-handling, security, privacy and operating procedures.
• Monitor lobby/front desk to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Complete shift duties and ensure smooth handoffs.
