Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor to handle nightly bookkeeping and end-of-day accounting for the hotel, while performing front desk duties such as checking guests in/out, handling reservations, and switchboard duties as assigned.

The role requires basic accounting, clerical skills, and strong customer service to coordinate with management and staff during night hours. Only on-site work is expected in the described location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Basic accounting skills are required.
• Clerical tasks include typing, filing, office machine use, cash handling, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger to verify and balance entries; investigate discrepancies.
• Create daily deposits and verify starting cash at the front desk.
• Update reservations system with occupancy as guests check in/out.
• Provide administrative, reception and program support to management and staff.
• Manage phone activity and provide general knowledge to callers.
