Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger and balance entries.
• Investigate and correct discrepancies.
• Create daily deposits and verify starting cash at front desk.
• Update reservations system with guest occupancy during check-in/out.
• Provide administrative and reception support to management and staff.
• Handle phone activity and general inquiries.
• Serve as front desk attendant during night hours and address guest requests.
• Maintain safety and report issues to management.
• Follow safety guidelines and assist in maintaining a secure environment.
