IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL seeks a Night Audit to oversee overnight hotel operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, guest services, and security. You’ll blend front desk responsibilities with accounting oversight to support a seamless night shift.

Ideal candidates have prior night audit experience, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. Proficiency with hotel systems and accounting software is preferred, and ability to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel night audit is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Hotel operating systems and accounting software is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of all hotel's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reports, postings, and reconciliations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest needs overnight, from resolving issues to handling special requests.
• Coordinate guest routing, review and finalize room assignments, and ensure systems are organized before morning shift arrives.
• Collaborate with Front Desk morning shift to address outstanding items and communicate information for guest service.
• Check guests in and out, answer phones, and assist with guest needs during the night.
• Ensure charges for rooms, food, beverages, and services are posted correctly.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours, and transportation.
