Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma required.
• Prior front desk or hotel night audit experience preferred.
• TIPS or similar alcohol service certification may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them efficiently according to standards.
• Post room charges and process payments accurately.
• Review and balance guest accounts and perform night audit duties.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns per management guidance.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver guest services.
• Handle check-out procedures and upsell opportunities when appropriate.
