Responsibilities

• Auditing & accounting: balance accounts from the day shift and perform nightly close.
• Overnight guest service: greet guests, assist with late check-ins, and handle issues calmly.
• Front desk operations: coordinate check-ins, renewals, reservations and responses to calls.
• Safety & inspections: ensure building safety and daily space inspections per standards.
• Revenue & compliance: support revenue goals and document activity per policy.
• Cross-training: learn duties of non-management staff as needed.
• On-site commitment: stay on site for the full shift with paid 30-minute meal break.
