Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent education/experience).
• Strong basic math skills, attention to detail.
• Must be flexible regarding schedule based on business demands.
• Experience in customer service and front desk settings.
• Successful criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests by greeting, answering questions, and responding to requests.
• Registers guests, verifies information, assigns rooms, and issues keys.
• Maintains records by entering room and guest account data.
• Collects revenue by entering services and charges and computing bills.
• Provides concierge services and assists with resort information.
• Balances financial transactions and supports accounting nightly.
• Researches balances in guest accounts and ensures proper check-in/check-out.
