Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Night Auditor to provide nightly Front Desk support and ensure front office accounting records are accurate. The role includes guest services, registrations, and balance of nightly revenues at the Grand Mound location in Washington.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
• Experience in customer service.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to questions at the front desk.
• Register guests, verify information, assign rooms, issue keys.
• Process payments and balance guest accounts.
• Assist with reservations and concierge duties for guests.
• Balance nightly accounts and assist accounting with variances.
• Balance OPERA and Micros nightly and ensure accuracy.
