Job summary

White Lodging seeks a Night Auditor to welcome guests and ensure smooth front desk operations. You will balance daily transactions, run audits, and prepare reports while maintaining guest confidentiality and high service standards.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and a strong customer-service mindset. Strong communication and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment will help you succeed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at the front desk.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions daily (credit cards, cash, change funds).
• Follow all credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
• Run audits and reports; record revenues and statistics accurately.
• Explain reports, folios, and procedures to guests when needed.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
