Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for guest service during overnight hours.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in balanced reports and folios.
• Outgoing, positive personality with composure for guest situations during overnight shifts.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently through the night.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary overnight guest contact for check-in/check-out and requests.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions and perform nightly audit processes.
• Follow hotel credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures per White Lodging standards.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries.
• Explain hotel reports and folios to on-site staff and maintain data security.
• Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
