Great Wolf Lodge in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Night Auditor to provide nightly Front Desk support and ensure front office accounting records are accurate on a daily basis. The role includes checking in guests, processing payments, and balancing Micros and OPERA systems each night.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong basic math skills including handling calculations.
• Flexible scheduling to meet hotel business needs.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and answers questions at the front desk.
• Registers guests, confirms room requirements, and issues keys.
• Verifies credit cards and collects payments.
• Directs guests to rooms and provides resort information.
• Performs concierge duties and handles guest inquiries.
• Maintains records of room and guest accounts daily.
• Prints reports and distributes them to management.
• Assists accounting with nightly balance investigations.
• Balances operating systems (Micros and OPERA) nightly.
