Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in hotel front desk operations, accounting, or customer service.
• Travel: No regular travel; may assist at nearby properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk overnight shift and guest check-ins/early departures.
• Audit daily finances; balance guest accounts and reconcile transactions.
• Generate and review daily financial and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate PMS records and data entry for transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for overnight needs.
