Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts, and perform Guest Service Agent duties in a dynamic front office setting in White Plains, NY. The role requires prior night audit or accounting experience, basic computer/Excel skills, and attention to detail to prepare daily reports, audit cashiers, and ensure guest satisfaction while supporting hotel operations overnight.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD training within 90 days of employment (plus).

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly.
• Maintain files and reset systems for the next day.
• Perform Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit card transactions.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and assist guests as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Aim to improve overall guest satisfaction.
