• Experience with cash handling, POS and basic accounting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle registration processes professionally.
• Process cash and credit transactions per procedures; balance cash at shift end.
• Complete nightly audit reports and ensure accuracy of postings and deposits.
• Balance the day’s work and prepare reports for audits (Food & Beverage, etc.).
• Assist with front office duties during third shift as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to maintain guest satisfaction.
