Qualifications

• Night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training.
• Computer knowledge and arithmetic skills are required.
• FSD training is a plus and must be completed within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Record room availability and guest accounts, manually or with computers.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit credit card transactions timely.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check in/out guests and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Support guest satisfaction goals and safety procedures.
