Job summary

Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin in downtown Austin is seeking a Night Auditor to handle nightly audit duties while delivering exceptional guest service at the front desk. You will assist guests with check-ins/outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries, ensuring a smooth overnight operation.

Responsibilities include cash handling, room assignments, express checkouts, and maintaining accurate log and inventory, with collaboration across hotel departments to uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Provides exceptional guest service during overnight shifts.
• Counts and balances cash at shift start and end.
• Registers guests, assigns rooms, processes registrations and payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure security throughout the shift.
• Communicate shift information to Front Office Manager and other desk staff.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Complete all required shift paperwork and night audit reports.
