Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk, night auditor, or hospitality experience preferred; we will train the right candidate with the right attitude and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service during overnight hours.
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in balanced reports and nightly audits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel guests during overnight hours — assist with check-in/check-out and special requests.
• Balance all hotel and restaurant transactions at close of business day — include card reconciliation and cash handling.
• Follow hotel and accounting procedures in line with White Lodging standards and brand requirements.
• Run nightly audit reports and prepare end-of-night financial summaries for management.
