Qualifications

• Previous Front Office, Night Audit, or Accounting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with numbers and reconciliation accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit procedures balancing revenue, guest ledger activity, and accounts receivable.
• Verify and reconcile all room charges, payments, postings, and adjustments for daily transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily management and financial reports.
• Complete system backups, roll the business date, and update front office systems.
• Maintain logs and communicate handovers to morning leadership.
• Monitor overnight front desk operations ensuring consistent guest service.
• Ensure guest safety and respond to inquiries overnight in a courteous manner.
• Follow brand standards and hotel policies; report maintenance or safety issues.
