Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for our Huntsville property. You’ll greet guests during the 11 PM to 7 AM shift, handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night queries with warmth and efficiency.

You’ll balance the books, finalize transactions, and generate Daily Flash Reports for management. The role requires a High School diploma and about 1 year in hospitality; supervisory experience is a plus. You’ll work with a collaborative team to ensure smooth operations overnight.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on overnight shift and manage check-ins.
• Balance the books and finalize transactions.
• Conduct regular security walks to ensure safety.
• Prepare Daily Flash Reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments during night hours.
• Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs; solve problems independently.
