Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review guaranteed arrivals and verify credit cards.
• Assist guests with check-in and explain promotions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries or complaints and offer alternatives.
• Cover other areas of the hotel as needed.
• Document accidents and maintain front desk logs.

Job description

Are you friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment? The Hotel Night Auditor attends to guests’ needs, included, but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering.

Responsibilities

• Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house
• Explain and provide any promotional items to each guest checking in
• Responds promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met
• Cover other areas of hotel as needed
• Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form
• Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported
• Maintain all areas of the front desk
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
• Other duties as assigned
• Pay Range: $18.13/ hour

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required

Previous Experience In Hospitality Preferred

• Customer service experience required
• Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts
• Attention to detail and organized

Hours

• Full Time/Part Time
• 11pm - 7am
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
